New website, location & tickets on sale!

After months of preparation the brand new Coded Matter(s) event website is finally going live. The website contains all information about the events and also serves as a hub for knowledge and inspiration concerning news, websites, books and video’s that relate to the event series and our partners.

The first two events will take place at the Flemish arts centre ‘De Brakke Grond’, situated in the heart of Amsterdam. The cultural centre combines significant developments in production of Flemish contemporary art with cultural activities relating to visual art, literature, dance & theatre, music, performance, film and new media, originating from The Netherlands and a variety of other countries. From its desire to be a haven of reflection and contemplation, debate and discussion, ‘De Brakke Grond’ emphasizes on innovation, cross-over interdisciplinarity, thereby maintaining and feeding the dialogue between genres, disciplines and communities. These values provide a perfect stage for our events, which is why we’re happy to present the first two events at and in cooperation with ‘De Brakke Grond’.

Ticketsales for the first event called ‘Unfolding Space’ have already begun and tickets can be bought at brakkegrond.nl at the cost of € 10. Since the number of tickets for this event is limited to 110 we can not guarantee tickets will be available for doorsale. Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that CJP-card holders can get their tickets at a reduced price of €8 a piece.
